I have never been a huge fan of Birkenstocks, especially on women, until this. They have always had a very Midwest, old man-ish look, though I never despised it when my boyfriend wore his own pair. So I guess I am really saying that I am considering getting a pair. Through word of mouth, I have heard that these are "one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes ever worn", they last forever (I believe George has had his since high school) and if Free People is rocking them, then I rest my case. What do you guys think about these?
