I've been watching the Rachel Zoe Project religiously for the past three seasons, I'm completely obsessed and look forward to it every week. Lately, Rachel has been seen wearing the bowtie blouse and our take is that it's perfectly lovely. It adds a feminine touch to a boyish blazer or jeans and flirty fun to many an outfit.
