There's no better start to the the day then a morning workout. And as much as I love Chicago and seeing so many people out for a run on a Friday morning, Colorado is by far my favorite state. I'm pretty bias having grown up there and all, but in the summer time Colorado weather trumps all. Happy Friday! There is something about a city that makes you feel alive and part of something! Everyone out and about for an early morning jog is delightful. Especially if it's followed by a cuppa joe.
