Rad fashionista Rumi Neely, Fashion Toast/Shop Toast creator and fashion genius has designed the ultimate bad ass dress. Her inspiration spurred from the bandage bondage worn by awesome Milla Jovovitch in the movie the Fifth Element and wow does it show. Amazing.
